All reports are delivered digitally in PDF format within approximately 24 hours of order submission, subject to data availability and applicant cooperation.

All prices include direct bureau access fees paid to TransUnion, Equifax, and Experian. Prices are subject to change with notice.
All sales are final. No refunds are issued once a background check order has been submitted. The fee compensates for the actual cost of querying the credit bureaus and criminal databases — services that are performed immediately upon submission regardless of the result.

The accuracy of your background report depends entirely on the accuracy of the information you provide. If you submit incorrect information (wrong SSN, name, date of birth, or address), the report may be incomplete, inaccurate, or return results for the wrong individual.
No refunds are issued for user-provided errors. We strongly encourage you to review all information carefully before submitting. If you discover an error in the underlying bureau data, you have the right to dispute it directly with the respective credit bureau.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that:
Background check data accuracy is ultimately dependent on the data maintained by TransUnion, Equifax, Experian, and government court record databases — which are outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rosell Services LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to:
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
All content on this website — including design, text, graphics, and software — is the property of Rosell Services LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida, or through binding arbitration at our election.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
